Robot stops working suddenly.
1.Check if robot is trapped or stuck on an obstacle.
2..Check if robot has error alarm in voice or APP displayed
3.Check if the battery level is too low.
4.Please use a needle to press Reset button which is under top cover to restart robot.
5.If Still have problem, please contact support.us@tikom.cc for assistant.
