Robot cannot be charged.

1.Check if the Power Status Light on the Charging station lights up. If not, contact support.us@tikom.cc to repair or replacethe Charging station.

2.Clear the charging contact pins on charging station and robot with a dry cloth.

3.Check if you can hear a voice prompt ” Start charging” , when robot is docked onto the Charging Station.

4.Please use a needle to press Reset button which is under top cover to restart robot.

5.If Still have problem, please contact support.us@tikom.cc for assistant.
