Robot cleaning time is too short [G8000 Pro]
1.Please connect robot with app thru 2.4GHz Wi-Fi.
2.Full charged robot and check if robot battery electricity shown in app is 100%.
3.Change the suction power in app to “Gentle”, and try cleaning.
4.In our lab test, Gentle Suction could clean about 150mins, NormalSuction is about 120mins, Strong Suction is about 90mins, Max Suction is about 60mins.
If after full charged and cleaning time is shorter than our lab test, please contact support.us@tikom.cc for assistant.
