Cause:

1. The left or right wheel may be stuck or entangled with foreign objects inside the wheels.


2. The robot is stuck or trapped by foreign objects on the ground.

Solution:

1. Power off the robot, turn it over, use your hands to push and rotate the wheels to check for any foreign objects inside.


2. Move the robot to an open space.
