No or little water out during mopping [L9000]

1.Please check whether there is water in the water tank.


2.Please make sure that the water tank and Mopping cloth holder are properly installed in place, and adjust the water volume switch to high on App. 


If mopping cloth holder is installed well, when robot cleaning, there is voice prompt “Start Sweeping & Mopping”.


3.Use dry cloth to clean Signal Contacts of Water Tank and Robot as instructed in “2.2.5 Dust Bin & Water Tank” at User Manual page 7.


4.Use a needle to poke 3 small water outlet under water tank to avoid water tank clogging as instructed in “2.2.5 Dust Bin & Water Tank” at User Manual page 7.
