Robot cannot be charged [L9000 & L8000]

1. Check if the Power Status Light on the Charging station lights up. If not, please check if used correct charger with Charging Station. Our charger specification is DC 19V 0.6A output.

2. Clear the charging contact pins on Charging Station and robot with a dry cloth.

3. Please use a needle to press Reset button.

4. If the issue persists, please contact support.us@tikom.cc for assistance.
