Robot cannot return to Charging Station [L9000 & L8000]
1. Please remove objects within 3 ft/1 m to the left and right side, and within 6 ft/2 m to the front of the Charging Station.
Also, ensure that the Charging Station is placed against a wall on a hard-level surface.
2. Verify if the Power Status Light on the Charging Station is illuminated. If not, please confirm that the correct charger with the specifications DC 19V 0.6A output is being used.
3. Use a dry cloth to clear the charging contact pins on the Charging Station and the robot.
4. Check for any obstructions around the Laser Distance Sensor (LDS) that may be affecting its operation.
5. Manually place the robot onto the Charging Station.
