No or little water during mopping [L9000]

1. Please check whether there is water in the water tank.


2. Please ensure that the water tank and mopping cloth holder are properly installed in place, and adjust the water volume switch to high on the app. 

If the mopping cloth holder is installed correctly, you should hear the voice prompt "Start Sweeping & Mopping" when the robot is cleaning.



3. Use a dry cloth to clean the signal contacts of the water tank and the robot.



4. Use a needle to poke three small holes under the water tank to prevent water tank clogging.
