Robot cannot connect to a Wi-Fi network [L9000 & L8000]

1. Please Put Robot near Wi-Fi Router.


2. Make sure your mobile phone is connecting with 2.4GHz Wi-Fi.


3. If your router is 2.4GHz and 5GHz Dual band, please connect your mobile phone with 2.4GHz Wi-Fi.


4. In your router, if 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi use same Wi-Fi name, please enter router control page to rename 2.4GHz Wi-Fi with new Wi-Fi name. 

    Then make your mobile phone to connect with this new name 2.4GHz Wi-Fi.


5. Please make sure Bluetooth switch on your mobile phone or tablet is ON.


6. Please reset Wi-Fi and download the latest Tuya Smart  App to retry connecting.
