When charging the battery pack separately, the indicator light flashes red. [V500]

Cause:

1. The used adapter is not the original one.

2. The battery pack or adapter malfunctions.

Solutions:

1. Please charge the vacuum cleaner with the original adapter that has the Tikom logo on it.

2. If either the battery or the adapter is faulty. Please contact our customer service at support.us2@tikom.com.
