Cause:

1. The air duct is blocked.

2. Foreign objects entangled on Brush Roll in Motorized Cleaner Head.

3. The HEPA Filter is blocked or damaged.

Solutions:

1. Please check and remove any blockages in the extension wand, cleaner head, and cleaner.

2. Please check and clean the Brush Roll as instructed on page How to Clean Motorized Cleaner Head? - YouTube.

3. Please clean the HEPA filter as instructed on pageHow to Clean HEPA Filter, Dust Cup & Cyclone Unit [V500].

If the HEPA filter is damaged, please replace it with a new one or contact our customer service at support.us2@tikom.com for more HEPA filters.
